The well-equipped bathroom added luxury, and the good breakfast proved to be a treat. Conveniently located, just a short walk from major attractions, the friendly staff made everything easy. Can't wait to return for more adventures!

The room was well-kept, I had such great experience.

The breakfast was satisfactory and had plenty of options. The stuff was so very friendly, and the service was GREAT. Near a tube station, the location was unbeatable and magnificent, near centre of Bilbao. There was cafe Kikarea Coffee & Bakery, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Helpful staff stored our bike boxes for a week.

The employees are very friendly, helpful, competent, at breakfast, at reception, everywhere. Room, very nice, clean. Garage, the parking spaces are very small, only for competent, safe drivers. The tram line is in front of the house, very pleasant

Room temperature control issues persist!!! Fitness facilities are lacking and the noise from the street can be bothersome!!! More attention to detailed cleaning would enhance the overall experience!!!

The restaurant produced fairly good food.

I had booked a triple room as I was travelling with my wife and daughter. I appreciate that in most hotels a triple is a double with an additional cot bed added. However, in the Zenit there was literally no room between the beds; it was almost a triple bed. Further, between the cot bed and the wall there was no space either. Overall, the room was incredibly cramped.
